Do you get the bonus cash and loyalty regardless of whether you lease or not? I may pay cash.

Also, my dealer is not mentioning the bonus cash. I assume that he is keeping that for himself inside the deal. What's the best strategy to get this bonus cash for myself?

There is a $1500 incentive for cash customers.
Loyalty, conquest and bonus cash are only for AFS programs.

The dealer calculated my Accord to be worth 15k and I have 13k to payoff so that 2k he is making me put down as if it is a down payment. Is the trade-in always counted after the purchase price and the sales tax are calculated? If the trade-in is included before selling price the tax would be much lower. Is my thinking right?

That 0.00099 MF was offered to me when I called him out on his BS when he rolled out with a 4.x APR. How are my chances of getting that lowered to what you are saying?

You likely won't get any trade-in credit on taxes, when leasing the next vehicle. But, TX could be different, given the full taxation of leases. Nothing wrong with $2000 trade equity upfront, if no other cash is needed.

The MF markup is open to negotiation, just like the selling price. Can't tell you your chances of being successful.

As per the dealer he is giving me a Sales Tax credit by adding $2000 in the discount. The $2000 rebates and $2600 trade equity is the downpayment. He wouldn't reveal anything about the payment quote though. Not sure if this is a good deal.

7% off sticker is a better than expected discount for an Audi; we suggest 6%.

A followup to the general forum, it seems that most people are leasing, I haven't bought a car in 10+ years, it seems people no longer buy luxury cars or is it Audis in particular?

I'd say that Audi might attract a few more buyers, because their lease programs aren't that great.
Buying is more straightforward than leasing. No need for as many questions or numbers.

anyrhing else I should know to make sure I get a good deal ?  What garbage fees to watch for etc?

Florida is the home of egregious dealer/doc fees. Find out what they are before beginning negotiation, and adjust your offer, accordingly.

Hi--looking for similar information for an A4 both Quattro (Premium Plus) and FWD (Premium) Lease term 36/10K. I got a quote on MF and looks like they are marking it up and the dealer fees are horrendous in FL, coming from NJ.
