    wanted to get some guidance from everyone and experts. I live in the Bay area , CA. I got a quote from a honda dealership for:

    2018 Honda Accord Touring
    Lease: 36 months 12k Miles
    MSRP: $34690 Net Cap (negotiated selling price): $30500
    MF: .001100

    Drive off $973 (Fees + 1st Month),
    Payment $420 / month

    can the experts weigh in on this. Am i getting a good deal?

    Pretty sure it is out of my budget, but what is the MF/RV and incentives for an Accord Touring 2.0 in zip 10510? I was just told there is $1000 dealer cash, but no other incentives. Is that about right? I'm in the process of buying one for my mom, but wish I could afford to lease one for me.

    Since the EXL with navi has a higher MSRP (and higher residual value) and the same cap cost as an EXL without navi (after incentives), it's a no-brainer to lease the EXL with navi, right?

    Seems like Honda is trying to age the Accord fleet on dealer lots like a fine wine. There are places to get a good/great deal depending on location. Not in the Midwest though...

    I see plenty of good deals on accord selling price (based on the other Accord thread) but seems not a lot of people leasing them (maybe due to deals that’s not good?)
